This is actually part of Uluru, up close and personal. I highly recommend visiting Uluru and seeing the rock and its incredibly beautiful qualities.
However, it is very important to the Aborigines that the rock isn’t touched or climbed on, yet many tourists are determined to climb it, and so, due to the tourism funding the community, the rock is still open to the public to be climbed.

Here is some Aboriginal artwork found on the rock. Some of the art has been there for over a thousand years.
