Sacred Rolling Hills

Australia, holiday

This is actually part of Uluru, up close and personal. I highly recommend visiting Uluru and seeing the rock and its incredibly beautiful qualities.

However, it is very important to the Aborigines that the rock isn’t touched or climbed on, yet many tourists are determined to climb it, and so, due to the tourism funding the community, the rock is still open to the public to be climbed.

I think that the best part is looking at the rich culture and visual aspects it has to offer. Also for the best trip, stay at Longitude 131. (click on the link to view the hotel)

Here is some Aboriginal artwork found on the rock. Some of the art has been there for over  a thousand years.
